Not bug free, recommended for secondary computers.

BANGALORE: As promised by Windows Executives at Tuesday’s event in San Francesco, Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Technical Preview today, on Wednesday.
Users who wish to download the Technical Preview of Windows 10 should register with the Windows Insider program using their Microsoft or Hotmail account.
The official Windows 10 Technical Preview page reads “Join the Windows Insider Program so you can be part of every key moment along the way as we create Windows 10. You’ll get Windows 10 Technical Preview, all the builds as soon as they’re available, and an easy-to-use feedback app.”
Unlike the Windows 8.1 update which came via Windows Store, the Windows 10 Technical Preview is a proper ISO file, available in different version for 64 bit PC’s and 32 Bit PC’s.
Before clicking the download button, users should keep in mind that Technical Preview doesn’t mean a fully functional Windows 10. This is the very early version for developers and corporate users to report bugs and improvements, which will be later incorporated in the final version that is slated to release next year.
The best way to use the technical preview of Windows 10 is by installing it in the secondary PC or on a separate partition, so that you won’t be troubled by frequent bugs, which is so common in technical preview versions.
You can download the Windows 10 Technical Preview from the official Windows Website
