BENGALURU: Indian smartphone maker Celkon has launched its latest low budget smartphone called Millennia Q450 for Rs. 4799.
This new dual SIM smartphone from the house of the Hyderabad-based company has a 4.5 inch IPS display and runs Android KitKat OS out-of-the-box. Q450 does not have eye-catching specifications, but considering the price at which it is offered it is value for money for the first time smartphone buyers.
The new Celkon Millennia Q450 is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM. The 4.5-inch touchscreen display has a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels.
Celkon has also added a pair of cameras to the new device with the rear camera supporting 5MP resolution and the front selfie camera has a 2MP lens. The smartphone comes with an inbuilt storage capacity of 4GB with an additional expandable storage of 32GB using an external SD card.
Celkon Millennia Q450 will be available in three different colors – White, Gold and grey and will sport a textured back panel. Adding to this, the company is also offering all general connectivity option such as WiFi, 3G, USB and Bluetooth. The overall dimension of the phone is 135 x67.7×9.73 mm and weighing just 147 grams, this including the 1800mAh battery.
Celkon Millennia Q450 will hit stores soon and the company has made it clear that the device will be sold via retail stores and there is no word about the availability of the smartphone in online stores.
