WASHINGTON, DC: Risa Realty will be showcasing properties from across India this April, with stops slated for the Sheraton Premiere in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, on the 4th and 5th and Hotel Somerset-Bridgewater in Somerset, New Jersey, on the 11th and 12th.
Prospective buyers looking to sell, buy, furnish, or merely inquire about properties will be able to browse options from cities including Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad while getting access to special seminars to be held on show days.

The Indian real estate market has attracted significant attention of late, with Cushman & Wakefield reporting a whopping 140 percent increase in real estate investment to $5 billion in 2014.
According to the Global Property Guide, that puts India among the world’s top three countries for increased investment. Overseas buyers invested $1.93 billion in Indian properties in 2014, an increase of nearly 38 percent.
