Risa Realty to showcase prime real estate properties in India at shows in Virginia, New Jersey

Top notch real estate firms from India to attend the shows.

WASHINGTON, DC: Risa Realty will be showcasing properties from across India this April, with stops slated for the Sheraton Premiere in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, on the 4th and 5th and Hotel Somerset-Bridgewater in Somerset, New Jersey, on the 11th and 12th.

RisaProspective buyers looking to sell, buy, furnish, or merely inquire about properties will be able to browse options from cities including Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad while getting access to special seminars to be held on show days.

“If one is looking to buy property across India from reputable builders or is looking to sell, rent out, or furnish one’s existing property in India, Risa Realty India Property Show – April 2015, is the place to be,” Risa Realty’s CEO, Rippy Sethi, told The American Bazaar. “On the days of the shows in DC metro and NJ, we are also presenting a free, informational seminar (India Real Estate from an NRI perspective) explaining the process, system, regulations and taxation pertaining to buying and selling Indian real estate for a U.S.-based NRI.”

Real estate firms represented at the event include the likes of The Wadhwa Group, Puravankara, Gera, Mantri, Adani, Marvel, L&T Realty, SuperTech, DLF, Artha, and Kanakia.

The Indian real estate market has attracted significant attention of late, with Cushman & Wakefield reporting a whopping 140 percent increase in real estate investment to $5 billion in 2014.

According to the Global Property Guide, that puts India among the world’s top three countries for increased investment. Overseas buyers invested $1.93 billion in Indian properties in 2014, an increase of nearly 38 percent.
