Khan nominated for his role in ‘Dilwale’.

The ‘King of Bollywood’, Shahrukh Khan and the ‘King of Comedy’, Kapil Sharma, will host the 61st Filmfare Awards.
Last year, Karan Johar and Sharma were the hosts. Sharma is going to host the event for the second consecutive year, whereas SRK will mark his presence at the event after a very long gap, according to The Times of India.
“Bajirao Mastani”, “Piku”, “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, “Dilwale”, “Tamasha” and “Badlapur” are some of the nominees for the awards.
SRK was last seen in the Rohit Shetty movie Dilwale. He is also nominated in the best actor category for the movie.
The SRK – Kajol starrer movie crossed Rs.100 crore collections worldwide in three days of its release. The movie was released on December 18, 2016.
The event is all set to roll out on January 15 in Mumbai.
