Candid talk on #NoFilterNeha.
Neha Dhupai’s latest podcast show #NoFilterNeha, featuring Sonam Kapoor, saw some candid remarks by the ‘Neerja’ actress, including commenting that Alia Bhatt looks ‘virginal’ and would be fit to play the desi version of ’50 Shades of Grey’ along with Sidharth Malhotra.
#NofilterNeha, which is a recently launched show, garnered audience attention after it got Karan Johar to open up about his sex life with Rakhi Sawant. Now, the bluntness with which Sonam has talked about her brother Harshvardhan’s relationship with other girls, the show seems to have got a new bait to attract audience.
“He has terrible taste in women. I never say this to him directly. He has decided he does not want to date girls who are like Rhea and me,” Sonam said during the show.
From the words of Sonam and her sister Rhea Kapoor, it is certain that they have developed a dislike for the girls who date their brother Harsh.
The ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ actress along with her sister had sent messages to their sweet brother Harshavardhan expressing their concern about him using protection. The host herself read some of the texts out:
“She’s sweet but tacky; Not bad, but you can do better; We hope you’re using protection; Why do you have such bad taste in women?”
Sonam and Neha also took a dig at the show’s first guest Karan Johar, accusing him of fake laughs. Sonam said, “He does it all the time”.
Sonam, while speaking about the rumors about her friend and so-called ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, said Ranbir is a gossip lover and if he is nominated he would definitely win the award for ‘Best Gossip Boy Award’.
Sonam also talked about the pranks played by Harshvardhan on her. According to Sonam, her brother once pranked her by sending messages to directors from her phone saying that she wanted to work with them in the next movie.
Earlier Harshvardhan had made a public statement that he would have never done films like ‘Thank You’ and ‘Players’ had he been in Sonam’s place. Sonam came down hard on her brother and said, “Harsh, you can’t say that publicly. Let’s not talk about it. I am trying to be more diplomatic. I love you Abbas Mastan sir. I didn’t like it (the movies) but it’s okay, they did what they had to do.”
