Exchange offer for Rs 4,930.

BENGALURU: Karbonn launched a new entry level smartphone named Titanium S12 Delite and the device is listed insnapdeal.com for a price of Rs 4,930. Buyers from selected cities can avail exchange offer by trading in their old smartphone.
Karbonn Titanium S12 Delight is a dual SIM smartphone with dual standby feature (this makes one SIM inactive while the other is live). Also, the phone runs on the version 4.4 of the Android KitKat OS out-of-the-box.
The device has a 4.3 inch TFT LCD Display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. S12 Delight is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor (chipset unspecified) coupled with 512 RAM, which is a minimum for running KitKat OS.
The new Karbonn smartphone is inbuilt with a 4 GB memory that is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.
Coming to the camera department, which is not one of the strengths of Karbonn devices, the new Titanium S12 Delight sports a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a .3 MP front camera. Users cannot expect a good selfie experience using the front camera of this smartphone because the VGA quality that it offers.
The smartphone also comes with a host of connectivity features such as 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.
Another drawback of the new Titanium device is its sheer lack of battery capacity. Karbonn packed Titanium S12 Delight with a 1600 mAh battery that gives no guarantee for users regarding talk time and standby time. It is advised to carry a power bank if you are an avid gamer or net surfer.
The smartphone is available in black and white colour variants. But SnapDeal has only listed the white model on their website.
The launch of Titanium S12 Delite is significant because of its price, which is cheaper than the Karbonn’s Android One smartphone, Sparkle V, priced at Rs. 6,399
Karbonn launched the Titanium series during the first half of the year and came out with some of the most successful smartphones ever from the company such as Titanium S4 and Titanium Octane, helping it to become the second largest Indian smartphone manufacturer, just one step behind Micromax.
Meanwhile, another e-commerce website named Saholic has listed the two models of Titanium S12 Delight for Rs. 4,469 but the site doesn’t have an exchange offer.
