Salman Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ will bring back the old method of conducting live orchestra for music recording.
The director of the film Sooraj Barjatya is all set to retrieve the old system.
“The subject of the film deserves the feel of live orchestra for the background music and after a long time this traditional technique will be used. I am glad that under Himesh Reshammiya’s guidance, composer Sanjoy Chowdhury was instrumental in reuniting the same team who were a part of my first film, Maine Pyaar Kiya“ the director told the Times of India.
Apart from Sonam Kapoor as the female lead, the film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh, Anupam Kher and Swara Bhaskar. It is scheduled to release on November 12.
At an event in Delhi on Wednesday, Salman Khan had said that ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ was the most beautiful film he has ever done.
“It is my guarantee that this is by far one of the most beautiful films I’ve done. It is family-oriented and you know that every family faces some problems, but those people are lucky to have a family,” he said.
The family drama film is written by Sooraj Barjatya, produced by Rajshri Productions and distributed by Fox Star Studios. Trailer of the film was published on October 1.
Barjatya is doing a film with Salman Khan after 16 years. Earlier, they worked together for the films ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!’ and ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.
