WASHINGTON, DC: e4e Healthcare Services, a US-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) headquartered in Towson, Maryland, has announced that it will be hiring more than 700 new employees across its main three markets of US, the Philippines, and India in the near future.
The announcement also came with the bold promise that e4e will continue to post robust growth percentages over the next few years, with the company saying that it expects to experience at least 35% in year-over-year growth. That growth will come in no small part from e4e’s 700 new workers, who will be hired over the course of the next three fiscal quarters.
This year has already been a strong one for the company, which is currently celebrating its 20th birthday. Its first quarter revenues saw the company grow by a big 27%, while making at least five key new acquisitions. The Press Trust of India reports that e4e is so confident about its growth outlook, it is already preparing its human resources and support teams for a huge influx of new talent to train.
e4e already has major operations set up in Bangalore, Chennai, and Noida, the latter of which is already employing more than 1,000 people despite being the newest of the three offices. The company also has an office in Taguig City, giving it a strong foothold in each of its three major marketplaces.
Though its corporate headquarters are on the US east coast, e4e boasts an impressive number of Indians in its core management team. Its CEO and President is Bhaskar Menon – who boasts “over three decades of experience with global multi-nationals, including MphasiS Corp., Citibank and Merrill Lynch,” according to his company bio. Its President of Healthcare Business Services is Mohan Krishna, and all four of its major Vice-Presidents are of Indian descent, too.
Awanti Agarwal is the Executive Vice-President and Head of Strategic Initiatives; Nagapriya Asuri is a Vice-President and Head of Solutions and Marketing; Shraddha Sahay is a Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chetan Iyer is a Vice-President and the head of Total Quality and Compliance.
Although not explicitly stated, it is expected that e4e has already begun the hiring process in the US, India, and Philippines, and will continue to do so into 2015. The company already has a host of job listings posted on its website, the vast majority of which are in India – specifically, the Noida and Chennai offices.
