Poor Piven doesn’t realize it: not many people actually know who he is.

BANGALORE: Who would imagine that the same man who shook a leg at the IIFA awards with Hollywood’s John Travolta would actually be shunned by another Hollywood star.
Bollywood’s favorite Hrithik Roshan, who is known for his calm demeanor, recently had a very rude encounter with Hollywood actor Jeremy Piven at the Heathrow Airport in London, reported DNA.
According to the report, Piven who had misplaced his passport was throwing a tantrum about the situation. Hrithik stepped in to help with the situation. A source was quoted as saying, “Hrithik, who saw this, stepped in to help sort the situation. The staff at British Airways did not know who the LA-based TV actor was and were getting annoyed with his tantrum.”
Piven allegedly got very frustrated when he was not treated like a star should be. Confusing Hrithik for one of his fans, he shunned him and urged him to leave him alone. “When Hrithik stepped in to help, Jeremy assumed he was a fan trying to get his attention and got rude with him saying, ‘Not now man. Leave me alone’.”
The irony of the situation is that Piven who was blaming the airport authorities for not recognizing him, failed to recognize Hrithik who, in terms of comparison in their respective industries, is a way bigger name than Piven is. However, unlike Piven, Hrithik did not get agitated at the treatment he received and behaved like a real gentleman.
Even as Piven hurled abuses at him and asked him to ‘f**k off’, the Bollywood heartthrob, who at that time was surrounded by his fans seeking his autograph, asked one of the men attending him to help the Hollywood actor.
The source also added, “Hrithik has always believed in setting an example by being gracious and respectful towards his fans and those around him. While he does understand that actors do have rough days, he believes that public figures should conduct themselves with dignity as they are considered to be role models by teenagers and even older fans. He has consistently maintained a pleasant and kind demeanor and hopes to set an example for other actors.”
Hrithikhad attended this year’s IIFA awards in Tampa Bay, Florida, where he has shared the stage with two of Hollywood’s best: John Travolta and Kevin Spacey. It was a real delight for the fans to see the people of the two industries come together. Who would know that he would receive such harsh treatment from someone like Piven.

There is a difference between intervening and helping. The point is your comment is illogical because regardless of who the person is you don’t have the right to talk to anyone disrespectfully. And if you want to talk of Awards and acting Hrithik is way ahead. About his body, it takes a shit ton of effort to get your body to look like that. Maybe watch super 30, kaabil or guzaarish which is proof as to that he didn’t need his body to make a good movie and impress the audience and it also highly displays his acting ability.
Btw I’m replying to Person’s comment
fuck off jeremy who are you by the way?? beggar!
fuck off jeremy who are you by the way?? beggar!
For Jeremy Piven’s faeces stuffed eyes only:
Jeremy, did you, even in your wildest dreams, think that a guy who has features of a Greek god, is dressed sharply, has golden heart (for helping a ‘what-do-they-call-it’ bag like you and not barking back at your unacceptable behaviour) is your fan???? Your fan? I mean really?? Did you really think(if at all you have the equipment to do so) that?? He is a gentleman and miles ahead from you in every way. If you will talk about looks, I’d literally be ROFL.
Ok, do you think this was too much?
Do yourself a favour. Go to google and type Jeremy Piven. Go to images. Look at it.
Now come back to google. Type Hrithik Roshan. Go to Images and look at him. LOOK AT HIM.
Thats what I thought your reaction would be.
Thank you.
Oh, and one last thing: Trust me (or dont, I dont care), your runty stardom (which you think is as huge as your meaningless self-conceited arrogance) is going to leave you soon. Very soon.
Thank you for you time Jeremy.
Man…you are awesome lol. I laughed my lungs out reading that.
You’re a moron. Jeremy Piven is an actual actor who has loads of Hollywood awards to his name for his work on Entourage. Hrithik Roshan’s idea of acting is flexing his six-pack and starring in movies like Dhoom 2 and Krrish, which are made BY idiots FOR idiots. Take a look at both of their resumes and then re-write your comment.
@disqus_mp2mGNHjJg:disqus okay, so what you saying is that there was nothing wrong about how piven reacted to someone who was trying to help him doesn’t matter if it was Hritihik or someone else.
I’m saying the commenter and author clearly have their biases towards one person over the other, and that their fandom means that the story and comment probably give a skewed version of events. If Piven was rude and Hrithik tried to intervene, then shame on the former and bravo to the latter. But to say that Piven should have known who Hrithik was because he “looks like a Greek god” is asinine.
