MUMBAI: Rockline Venkatesh, the producer of the movie ‘Power’, said that a lot of money is wasted in Tollywood and if it is reduced, the producers can do good movies.
“A lot of money is wasted here, other than on film production. If we reduce that wastage and plan well, we can do wonders. During the shooting of ‘Power’, I used to be with the team and look after that everything is going well as planned”, the producer said.
Audiences expect a good amount of entertainment and mass masala elements when it comes to a Ravi Teja movie. While the teasers and trailers have all been received well, it is finally time to see if the film is as good as it seems
Writer K. S. Ravindra (Bobby) has proved himself several times in the past and he seems very confident about the success of the movie.
Superstar Ravi Teja will be seen in two different roles in the movie, one as a cop and the other as a careless man. Though he has played such roles in the past, the director said that the film will be very different. The combination of Ravi Teja and Brahmanandam has been very successful in generating laughs in many films.
Venkatesh said that Brahmanandam is going to be seen in a very entertaining full length role in the film.
Power happens to be one of Rockline’s big projects, which will soon be followed by Rajinikanth’s ‘Lingaa’
Lingaa which also stars Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha, is set to be released on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday on December 12th. The shooting will be completed by September 26th. After the completion of climax, the team will shoot two songs abroad.
‘Power’ featuring Ravi Teja, Hansika and Regina Cassandra in the lead, is releasing on September 12th.
