Motorola’s Google Nexus 6 is one of the first premium smartphones to feature the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop mobile operating system. The device also has a 6 inch AMOLED display. Nexus 6 is powered by a 2.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processors, coupled with 3 GB RAM, making the new nexus device faster than its predecessors.
The device sports a 13 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a 2 MP front camera. Nexus 6 is backed up by a 3220 mAh battery, which is far better than other Motorola devices. Earlier the Moto X device of the company was severely criticized for its small battery.
The new smartphone also features all major connectivity options such as Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, NFC, and 4G.
One of the main highlights of the Nexus 6 smartphone is its ability to play 4K videos, thanks to the 3GB RAM and Snapdragon processor.
The Google Nexus 6 also has a hand full of sensors like ambient light sensor, barometer to measure atmospheric pressure and a gryoscope for navigation and motion-based games. Other than these the phone also comes with an accelerometer and magnetometer.
Some of the major competitors of Google Nexus 6 are Sony Xperia Z3, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and HTC One M8.
