BENGALURU: The Chinese hardware manufacturer ZTE today unveiled ZTE N919D handset model in India which will be sold exclusively via ebay.in.
The new ZTE N919D is a low budget 5 inch smartphone with a screen resolution of 480×854 and is powered by a Snapdragon 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor, coupled with 1GB RAM. The device has an inbuilt storage capacity of 4GB, expandable up to 32 GB using MicroSD card.
ZTE N919D has an 8MP rear camera and a VGA front camera, which unfortunately is not good enough for taking selfies. Another weakness of the device is the OS, which is the old Jellybean that has by now become history after Google released two more versions of Android OS.
ZTE N919D is one of the few devices to feature CDMA / GSM Dual SIM option. Other than this the handset features limited connectivity options such as Bluetooth, GPRS (2G Edge), USB and WiFi.
The device is backed up a powerful 2500mAh battery offering 9.5 hours of talk-time and 350 hours of standby time.
Reliance has offered its truly unlimited data plan for all Reliance CDMA existing & new prepaid & post-paid subscribers purchasing the new ZTE N919D.
Sudhir Gaur, Mobile Business Head, ZTE India said in a statement, “We are proud to add yet another smartphone to our portfolio for the Indian consumers, which will be available exclusively on ebay.in.
