Dell computer shot eight times.

WASHINGTON, DC: A Colorado man decided enough was enough and decided to put an end to his ‘headache’: his uncooperative computer.
Lucas Hinch, 37, was issued a summons by the Colorado Springs police after he shot his 2012 Dell XPS 40 410 eight times, according to the Los Angeles Times.
“He got tired of fighting with his computer for the last several months,” Lt. Jeff Strossner told the Colorado Springs Gazette. “He was having technology problems, so he took it out in the back alley and shot it.”
When asked about the shooting, which took place in the alley of 2200 W. Colorado Ave. according to the official incident report, Hinch told The Smoking Gun that he “just had it” with his computer’s “blue screen of death,” so he used 9mm Hi-Point pistol recently purchased from a Craigslist seller to decommission his PC.
“It was premeditated, oh, definitely,” Hinch told the Times. “I made sure there wasn’t anything behind it and nothing to ricochet.”
He “was very matter-of-fact about it and cooperative,” said Lt. Catherine Buckley, a police spokeswoman. “He had just gotten a new gun and had enough of his computer.”
Hinch explained to the Times he has no regrets. “It was glorious,” he beamed. “Angels sung on high.”
Police said that Hinch faces a possible fine but jail time is highly unlikely. They did, however, confiscate his gun.
