Rakhi Voria of Microsoft Financing tops one of the lists.

The dating app Hinge recently released a list of the 30 most eligible singles in nine major sectors of industry and 23 Indian Americans made the cut overall.
Rakhi Voria, North American business development manager at Microsoft Financing, topped the list of singles in the marketing and business development category.
Shaista Shenoy, client success manager at Curalate and a performer with the Indian dance troupe Shiamak Davar’s Special Performers Batch; and Tanveer Kathawalla, manager of business development at Enterprise Florida both landed on the list along with Voria, at number 20 and number 22 respectively.
Four Indian Americans were in in the policy and law category with former member of the Ohio House of Representatives, Jay Goyal, coming in at number three.
Varun Sivaram, Douglas Dillon fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, came in at number seven; Pra Chandrasoma, who is starting as an associate at Latham and Watkins in October, came in at number 9; and Satyam Khanna, policy aide at the U.S. Treasury Department, came in at number 16.
Indian Americans represented strongly in the startups and small business and technology categories, with Nitasha Khetarpal, who works in product marketing and strategy at Adobe, ranking the highest as number three in technology, followed by Ankit Shah at number six in startups and small business.
Also in the mix were Amit Patel, director of enterprise at Lyft, at six, , and Steven Maheshwary, marketing manager at Amazon, at number 14.
Shah, who is CEO and community builder at Tea With Strangers, must share the list with Sahil Gupta,, CEO and co-founder of Onera, Inc., at number nine, and Neelam Brar, CEO and co-founder of District CoWork, at 11.
In the health and wellness category, Vinay Shah came in at 20 while Harkeet “Kittu” Pannu came in at 24, and Abhishek Kumar coming in at 27.
Shah is currently an MBA student at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. Pannu is a crisis intervention specialist and a current Master of Public Health candidate at Columbia University in New York, while Abhishek Kumar, who formerly worked as a healthcare data analyst at The Advisory Board Company, is looking to get his MD at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine.
Aakash Shah took eighth position in the finance and consulting category, while Anisha Bhatnagar and Rohin Bhasin came in at numbers 24 and 29, respectively.
Shah is currently working in General Electric’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, Bhatnagar is a business and systems senior consultant at Accenture Technology and Management, and Bhasin works as a BCG digital ventures senior manager at Product Innovation and New Ventures.
Mayank Bhatter slotted in the media and entertainment list at number 4. Bhatter has worked as a casting associate with shows such as “Pretty Little Liars” and has written for the CBS Diversity Showcase.
Shazieh Shah, an ad operations campaign manager at Hulu, came in at 18.
Suneeta Israni came inat 17 and Savinay Chandrasekhar at 19 in the nonprofit and education category. Israni is a corps member at Teach for America, while Chandrasekhar is president at Minds Matter of Denver.
