Respect the Flag members threatened some African Americans.

Individuals associated with a group of Confederate flag supporters in Douglas County, Georgia, have been indicted on terrorism charges, authorities announced Monday.
The charges are related to a July 25 incident in which members of a group called Respect the Flag drove a convoy of vehicles displaying Confederate flags through a neighborhood in Douglasville, when they were involved in an altercation with residents outside a home where a children’s birthday party was taking place, according to CBS News.
The partygoers attest that members of the flag group yelled racial slurs and displayed a crow bar, a knife and either a rifle or a shotgun, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a civil-rights group in Montgomery, Ala., that is representing some of the accusers.
A cellphone video of part of the episode shows several white men driving away from the party in a convoy of pickup trucks with the Confederate battle flag and other banners, including American flags, fluttering from the truck beds.
“One had a gun, saying he was gonna kill the n******,” Melissa Alford, who was holding the birthday party, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Then one of them said, ‘Gimme the gun, I’ll shoot them n******.”
On Monday the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office released a letter stating that following an investigation by local police and the D.A., a grand jury handed down indictments charging individuals from Respect the Flag with violations of the state’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and making terroristic threats.
There was no indication how many people were indicted, but Georgia jail records show at least four people have already been arrested, reported CBS.
“We respect the rights of all citizens to exercise their First Amendment right,” Douglas County District Attorney Brian Fortner Fortner said, per the Washington Post. “But we’re going to require them, when doing that, to respect the rights of all of the citizens to feel safe and secure,” he continued.

So, they have a video of someone driving away – and no proof that anyone made any threats… yet someone was indicted.
When will they arrest the Black panthers for constantly inciting violence? And that goes for the “Black Lives Matter” thugs who preach that looting is justified. Give me a break. Everyone knows that the Southern Poverty Law Center is a leftist agitation group that thinks the biggest threat to America are the US Military. They think anyone who supports traditional America must be punished. Time to rise up.
It sounds like some residents couldnt handle freesom of speech and went after those who were driving the trucks with flags
I think they will be acquitted and will sue
As innocent as a group of Swastika flag-waving neo-Nazis crashing a kid’s Bar Mitzvah and threatening to gas the attendees.
