Sharma refused marriage proposal of Kohli.

Till recently, Indian cricket players were busy getting engaged and married. But game changer Virat Kohli is an exception to the rule, by ending his relationship with Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.
Though both of them haven’t confirmed the breakup, reports say that they have decided to call off the two-year-long relationship.
Media reports say that the growing distance between the two was the reason for the breakup. Sharma reportedly refused Kohli’s proposal to get married, which ultimately resulted in the split.
Immediately after the split, Kohli unfollowed Sharma on Twitter and Instagram and posted a photo on Facebook with a caption Heartbroken.
But the actress is still following him on social media platforms.
Kohli, who has not been included in the ongoing India-Sri Lanka Twenty20 tournament, reportedly was in a festive mood. Mumbai Mirror reported that the young player was cheerful at actor Angad Bedi’s party last Saturday, telling fellow guests, “I’m single, let’s dance.”
If some reports are to be believed, Kohli chose not to participate in the tournament to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Sharma. But the actress is busy with the shooting of upcoming movie Sultan, in which she plays the lead role along with Salman Khan.
Sharma used to turn up to watch Kohli’s matches and the player has also visited her during her shooting in different locations.
Kohli and Sharma are the new entrants to the group of cricketer-actress celebrities who broke up their relationship.
Some other pairs in the list are Sangeeta Bijlani and Mohammad Azharuddin, Viv Richards and Neena Gupta, Reena Roy and Mohsin Khan, Sourav Ganguly and Nagma, Ravi Shastri and Amrita Singh, Yuvraj Singh and Kim Sharma, and Zaheer Khan and Isha Sharvani.
