Actor Sanjay Dutt, who walked out of jail on Thursday, will soon join the crew of the delayed project ‘Sher’, the shooting of which had to be postponed after Dutt’s arrest and later imprisonment.
Sher, directed by Sohan Shah, also has Vivek Oberoi and Humaima Mallick in two prominent roles. It was earlier called off after producer Shri Asthvinayak got into financial and legal trouble.
Sources close to the actor said, “Dutt is first committed to finishing Sohan’s film because Sohan’s career has come to a standstill. Dutt has seven films lined up after his release from jail.”
In fact, Sohan and Dutt had a personal meeting after the latter’s release from jail and they apparently clicked a selfie too, which is currently doing rounds in the social media.
