The legal tussle between Bollywood superstars Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut has entered its worst phase as Kangana’s lawyer in a letter written to Mumbai’s Commissioner of Police alleged that the Krish-actor has “malafidely and mischievously” shared emails sent to him by Kangana with third parties.
Even though the two actors have largely remained silent about the ugly standoff between them, there has been a handful of legal notices exchanged between both through their respective lawyers.
The news about the Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee’s letter to the Commissioner was reported by Times Now.
The actress has refused from filing an FIR against Hrithik but in the letter written to the Police Commissioner, her lawyer has complained that the actor has shared confidential and objectionable photos of Kangana with an intention to defame her.
According to The Times of India, the letter is enough for the police to arrest the accused mentioned under section 151 of the Indian Penal Code. The letter has also asked the police to take necessary action under section 149 and 150 of IPC.
