An Indian man, who worked as a hotel worker at the Budget Inn in Duncansville, Pennsylvania, and was accused of sexually assaulting two hotel guests, has been ordered by a judge to leave the country within a month and return to India, and never show up in Blair County ever again.
Arunkumar Patel, 63, pleaded guilty Friday to reduced charges of simple assault in return for charges of indecent assault being dropped, reported the Associated Press from a report originally published by The Altoona Mirror.
Patel must also show proof to a Blair County judge that he’ll leave the country within a month and never return to the county.
Patel was arrested last year after two different female guests at the Budget Inn in Duncansville reported being fondled and sexually accosted by Patel in early July.
Patel was working and living at the hotel at the time. Patel must forward proof that he’s arrived in India through his attorney, reported AP.
