Hated politician, but a savvy businessman.

GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump has made many a controversial comments in his rallies and interviews that have been criticized for being illogical, with an anti-Muslim and anti-immigration agenda. But when it comes to business, the politician clearly knows how to satisfy customers.
The businessman-turned-politician is trying to woo his customers in India by offering private jet service, to the residents of Trump Tower in Mumbai.
The unique service will be available at the Mumbai International Airport with a separate ticket counter for the residents. They would, however, have to pay for the service. Trump is the first foreign property developer in India to offer private jet service to its customers.
Trump’s company has signed an agreement with Lodha group to do business in India.
“Trump attracts the richest citizens of the society, from CEOs, industrialists, cricketers, celebrities and other high net worth individuals. Trump Tower will offer a 75-storey golden facade – Mumbai’s first. Trump will also give a private jet service exclusive to its residents, something unheard of in the city,” Samujjwal Ghosh, executive vice president and head of marketing, Lodha Group, told India Today.
Trump Tower in Mumbai will have luxurious 3 and 4-BHK flats that cost between Rupees 8 crores and 11 crores. A six-tower residential project named The Park is being built in Mumbai. Trump Tower will be one of the attractions of the project.
Ghosh said that almost 50 per cent of the 400 flats in Trump Tower had been sold out.
The Trump Tower Mumbai was unveiled in August 2014 by Donald Trump himself. Recognized worldwide, the Trump brand is synonymous with the highest levels of luxury, the finest locations, and the most prestigious real estate.
Trump Towers are among the most successful residences, creating exclusive value that commands significant premium over all others. Trump is very selective in choosing projects, and Mumbai is one among unique international cities like Vancouver, Istanbul, Panama, and Manila.
The Trump Organization had partnered with India real estate equity firm IREO to build an office tower in Gurgaon in April. The 600,000-700,000 sq ft office building will be constructed on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Extension Road.
