The Indian actress appears on Vogue’s 73 Question; once again proves she is quick-witted.
Priyanka Chopra who, a few years ago was just a Bollywood star, made a big career leap by becoming an international actor through the ABC drama Quantico. Now with the recent release of her Hollywood film Baywatch, she has become a regular face on US shows and in the media in this country.
Chopra, who is back in the US after a brisk break in India, was recently interviewed by Vogue in its series 73 Questions, and as always a lot of the questions were on her Indian heritage.
73 Questions is a series where the Vogue’s team asks celebrities and newsmakers 73 questions, such as what they like, what they hate, and most importantly – what they know.
Recently, Indian American comedian Aziz Ansari was interviewed by the 73 Questions team on the eve of the Met Gala.
Chopra had a smooth sail when she was posed with 73 unexpected questions. She gave the answers in 12 minutes, in a single shoot, proving, once again, that she is quick-witted.
In the video, Priyanka also attempts to sing Taylor Swift, tries Boston accent and beats up a clown in Alex Parrish style.
Asked about misconceptions Americans have about India, she responded: “That we all have arranged marriages, and that we speak a language called ‘Indian.’â€
And the misconception Indians have about Americans?
“That all Americans are super rich, and you can sue anyone here—though that might be true.â€
Here are some of her other answers:
Coolest thing she ever did?
“Sky-diving.â€
And scariest thing? She ate some worms recently.
The award she is most proud of?
“Padma Shree.â€
Chopra also shared a special message with her fans in India: “I love you!â€
The video which was uploaded in YouTube on Wednesday has already received two hundred thousand views. “One of the best 73 Qs videos! Priyanka is so naturally fun and energetic,†a YouTube user by the name DIYHealth commented.
