Priyanka Chopra’s ‘A Kid Like Jake’ to screen at Sundance Film Festival

The film revolves around the life of Alex (Danes), Greg Wheeler (Parsons) and their four-year-old son Jake.

Actress Priyanka Chopra starrer film A Kid Like Jake has been selected for screening at the Sundance Film Festival, which will be held in January 2018.

Chopra, the Quantico star is excited about the entry of her film to the film festival. She said the film is a story that needs to be “told and seen.”

The thespian tweeted, “When i read the script of A Kid Like Jake, i knew immediately that this was a story i had to be a part of…A story that needed to be told and seen.. And now its been selected for Sundance Film Festival!”

“Claire Danes, Jim Parsons, Octavia Spencer, Silas Howard, Amy Landecker, Ann Dowd Daniel Pearle, Todd Spiwak, Eric Norsoph, Paul Bernon, Rachel Song– thank you for being such an incredible team to work with,” she added.

The film revolves around the life of Alex (Danes), Greg Wheeler (Parsons) and their four-year-old son Jake. In the film, Chopra plays the role of a mother and a friend to the couple. The film is directed by Silas Howard and it was written by Daniel Pearle.

The event will be held at Park City, Utah, from January 18 to 28.
