The New York police are still searching and they have asked for public’s help to track down the missing Indian American woman.
An Indian American pregnant woman has been found missing in New York since Tuesday morning.
Amarjit Kaur, 34, of Queens, New York, is found missing since Tuesday morning after her visit to a local bank. Her car was found near the bank and her mobile phone was inside the car.
Kaur is six weeks pregnant and mother of two 7- year- old twins. At the time of missing, she was wearing a black long sleeve shirt and yellow pants.
Lakhwinder Multani, Kaur’s husband, said that his wife left home to a nearby bank at 10.30 a.m. on Dec.5. After her visit at the bank, she never came back to the car. According to reports, her car was parked on the 114th Street, Liberty Avenue. Her phone was inside the car and car was locked from outside.
“The school had called. She never went to pick up the kids, then i got worried and started calling, I am feeling very bad, kids feeling very bad. We are waiting for her,” her husband said to CBS News.
Kaur is a 5-foot-4-inch tall woman and the surveillance video released by police shows that Kaur is walking alone on the sidewalk for a short time before she disappeared.
