Tollywood superstar Pawan Kalyan starring Romantic film Agnyaathavaasi has created history by bagging the most number of locations for any Indian movie released by AMC Theatres in the US.
Agnyaathavaasi, which will be premiered on January 9, 2018, will be the biggest ever US-release for an Indian film in AMC Theatres, which is an American movie theater chain. According to the makers of the movie, Agnyaathavaasi will be screened in 131 AMC locations.
Earlier, LA Telugu, which takes care of the US release of Agnyaathavaasi had announced that it will be screened in 209 locations in Cinemark alone, which is yet again a record by an Indian movie in the US.
In total, Agnyaathavaasi will be screened in 340 locations in total.
Agnyaathavaasi, which directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has Pawan Kalyan in lead role. Playing opposite to him is Keerthy Suresh. Aadhi Pinisetty, Anu Emmanuel, and Boman Irani will play supporting roles in the movie.
Agnyaathavaasi, a romantic thriller, was initially code-named PSPK25. It will also see the Telugu debut of Bollywood actor Parag Tyagi as a villain.
