SelectUSA is led by the Department of Commerce. Since its inception, the program has facilitated more than $25 billion in investment, creating and/or retaining tens of thousands of jobs in the country.
This year’s SelectUSA Summit will bring together companies from all over the world, economic development organizations from every corner of the nation, and other parties working to facilitate business investment in the United States.
‘Invest Here Grow Here, Succeed Here’ is the theme of this year’s Investment Summit that will be hosted in Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, Washington DC from June 20 to 22.
The main focus of this year’s summit is the critical connections between US economic developers and international business investors.
In addition to this, the Summit will also highlight the investment attraction strategies that could bring more jobs to the US and offer a better return on investment for companies.
Ahead of the event, SelectUSA has partnered with a slew of economic development organizations across the US to plan and promote spinoff events, both before and after the summit. The organizers of the summit have requested the participating delegations to extend their stay in the US so that they can attend these spinoff events and build connections required to make their next investment.
