Lecture by Jaya Row of Vedanta Vision will be a curtain raiser for the 2018 International Yoga Day.
Consulate General of India in New York, in association with Vedanta Society of New York, Ramakrishna Order and Vetanda Mission, will conduct a lecture on Tuesday, as the curtain raiser for the 2018 International Yoga Day.
Jaya Row of Vedanta Vision in Mumbai will deliver the lecture on the topic “Awakening the Leader in You.” It will be moderated by Swami Swarvapriyananda of Vedanta Society of New York.
The Yoga Day, launched in 2015, is celebrated annually on June 21.
Vedanta Society of New York was the first Vedanta Society founded by the legendary Indian monk Swami Vivekananda in New York in November 1894 after he delivered a famous speech representing India and Hinduism at the Parliament of the World’s Religions the previous year.
Jaya Row, known for connecting complex Vedic principles and management mantras, has conducted seminars worldwide, including for organizations such as The World Economic Forum, Google, Deutsche Bank, Coca Cola Company, Intel, Shell and Young Presidents’ Organization.
Swami Sarvapriyananda is the minister and spiritual leader of the Vedanta Society of New York.
