Pantene has selected Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra as the next brand ambassador for its hair care products. The announcement makes Priyanka the first Indian to feature as the Global Ambassador of Pantene.

Priyanka is currently one of the most sought after actresses globally after she appeared in the American TV Show ‘Quantico.’ She completed her maiden Hollywood movie ‘Baywatch’ that will hit the screens in May 2017. Priyanka plays the role of the anti-hero in the movie that stars Dwayne Johnson.

It is believed that the growing stardom of the Indian actress globally influenced the decision of Pantene to name her as its global face. Talking to media after the announcement, Priyanka said she is excited to take up the new role.
